Continua il mio viaggio alla ricerca dei sapori autentici della gastronomia siciliana. Pochi giorni fa, prima che arrivasse questo caldo torrido (chiss\u00e0 come mai\u2026dato che siamo a luglio!!) tramite passaparola sono approdato con la mia video-fotocamera in una pasticceria palermitana, tutta sostanza, con un mastro pasticcere con ben 45 anni di attivit\u00e0 dietro i fornelli!! Ho conosciuto il sig Nino, bravissimo pasticciere, il quale, dopo aver scambiato quattro chiacchiere, ha prestato la sua immagine nel girare un video riguardo il dolce siciliano per eccellenza, cio\u00e8 il cannolo. In effetti mi sono cimentato anch&#8217;io per la prima volta a fare la Antonella Clerici della situazione, soprattutto per gioco. Mi scuserete che come presentatore sono un po&#8217; approssimativo e sicuramente devo fare un bel po&#8217; di strada ma, che volete, non mi prendo mai troppo sul serio; non cerco mai di salvaguardare la mia immagine a tutti i costi e\u2026questo \u00e8 il risultato. Ne \u00e8 comunque valsa la pena, considerando che alla fine ho avuto come premio la possibilit\u00e0 di gustare un bel cannolo Doc. Io e il sig Nino sembriamo proprio la &#8220;strana coppia&#8221;, davvero ruspanti come intrattenitori televisivi&#8230; ma non badateci troppo, ve ne prego, siate clementi come critici. Badiamo alla sostanza&#8230;.\u00e8 importante solo il cannolo! Attenzione per\u00f2! Il sig Nino \u00e8 molto geloso della sua pasticceria, quindi alcuni segreti sono protettie custoditi come un tesoro. Penso per\u00f2 che, se continuer\u00e0 questa collaborazione, qualche segreto riuscir\u00f2 a svelarlo, a vantaggio dei navigatori pi\u00f9 golosi.
